Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the flour and mix well.
Add the flour and massage together.
Place the pieces in an air-fryer and cook at 350 for 10 minutes. If you don't have an air fryer, pan-fry in a skillet with 2-3 tbsp avocado or canola oil.
You can use as is in a rice bowl, soup, or salad.
To finish it off, or serve as an appetizer, mix the ingredients for the optional glaze, and lightly brush the chicken pieces with the glaze.
Garnish with finely chopped green onions, if you have on hand.
