Crispy Chilli Chicken Bites

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • If you don't have an air fryer, use a skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Boneless chicken thighs chopped in bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp siracha add less or omit if don't like heat/spice
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

Optional Glaze

  • 1/2 lemon the juice of
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp siracha omit if you don't like heat/spice

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the flour and mix well.
  • Add the flour and massage together.
  • Place the pieces in an air-fryer and cook at 350 for 10 minutes. If you don't have an air fryer, pan-fry in a skillet with 2-3 tbsp avocado or canola oil.
  • You can use as is in a rice bowl, soup, or salad.
  • To finish it off, or serve as an appetizer, mix the ingredients for the optional glaze, and lightly brush the chicken pieces with the glaze.
  • Garnish with finely chopped green onions, if you have on hand.
