It’s almost patio-weather!
If you are like me, you love a good session of catching up over tasty summer cocktails on a patio with friends. It’s my humbe opinion that part of summer fun is taste testing some fun creations that bartenders create just for the season (in a responsible manner, of course).
Joey restaurants never disappoint when it comes to summer patio perfect cocktails.
I had the pleasure of trying out the incoming recipes that have it the summer cocktail drink menu.

Hurricane Crush
A crushed ice cocktail that is as smooth and refreshing as it looks. With shaken Bacardi Ocho rum, strawberry, passionfruit, mango, lemon and peach, this cocktail brings you the perfect balance of bold rum flavours and exotic fruits.
Watermelon Drink
We love watermelon season! This seasonal favourite uses crisp, fresh watermelon, freshly picked mint, lime and agave to create the ultimate patio sipper. It’s refreshingly delicious and impossible to have just one!
Tequila Crush
A crushed ice cocktail with cuervo traditional plata, refreshing guava, elderflower, orgeat, lime and topped with a gorgeous orchid blossom. The perfect Instagram-able cocktail!
The flavours of each drink has been carefully married together to create summer in a glass. My personal favourite was the watermelon drink and I can’t wait to share it with friends my next time visiting.
