I’m Christina Chandra. I am a professional writer, and editor, content marketer in lovely Vancouver, BC.

What else? I am a mother (chauffeur) to two incredibly busy kiddos (who can relate?), dog lover (my baby Loki appears on my feed often), of Fijian Indian heritage, love exploring natural health, and awakening leadership qualities within myself and others.

I have a background in health, specifically in food and nutrition, which inevitably has made me a bit of a foodie. So, you can expect to read about great places to eat in Vancouver,  more specifically, Mount Pleasant.

I started this blog a few years ago to chronicle my journey through pregnancy, and the early days of “mommy-hood”. Since then it’s evolved, just as I have. Today it’s a place to share my interests (Vancouver food, BC wines, natural health), my learnings on wellness, leadership, and more.

As I navigated through corporate experiences for over 20 years, self-employment, and life in general, I felt this growing want to motivate women to be healthier and happier.  This includes not only health and food but also sharing things I learn through my own experiences. This is a space to feel you are not alone, to laugh, to drool, and have fun, and to grow together.

So, I hope you enjoy reading as much I love writing and can take something from here.  Whether it’s trying something new, finding something you can relate to, or something that makes your day a little more fun, chill, and happy… or hungry.
